Rhylee’s Legacy honors her life by turning love into action, advocating for protections.
Rhylee’s Legacy provides consulting, advocacy support, education, communication resources, and patient-safety initiatives for companion-pet caregivers and organizations.
Her death exposed critical gaps in veterinary care safeguards.
Rhylee Grace turned 6 years old on December 21, 2025 and died 32 minutes later.
Rhylee’s Law would ensure caregivers are heard, persistent or worsening symptoms trigger reassessment, and veterinarians provide timely, informed care. This petition calls on the New Jersey Legislature and federal authorities to close these gaps, protecting animals and supporting families nationwide.
